A clash between brute force and poetry. Ultra – a multidisciplinary proposal led by Daniel Rived from Santpedor – is the utopia of bringing to the theatre the visceral energy experienced in stadiums, the blind faith in the team, the worship of colors, the ritual of radical fans, and the circus that often ensues. A performance produced by the collective Papeles Manifesto.

Pasolini said that football is the last sacred ritual that endures in our times. Is it absurd to elevate twenty-two people running after a ball to the category of gods? Perhaps. But how we long to truly move the masses...
