AIRE

The interaction with architectural elements, light, and sound alters and enriches the perception of a place not yet inhabited by movement. In contrast or in harmony with this unconventional space, singular universes are created, and possibilities for dialogue are explored between body and space, individual and group, tradition and modernity, offering an original performance.

With improvisation as its foundation, Ruz’s dance and composition in Recreo.03 generate an intimate dialogue with the architecture and physiognomy of the unconventional space where it is performed, in a site-specific form. Light, sound, space, and movement are the conceptual pillars of this versatile, adaptable proposal, appealing to a diverse audience.
