AIRE
EQUILIBRIO
~[Museo Nacional del Prado / 2020]
The Museo Nacional del Prado celebrates International Dance Day with an audiovisual production that brings its most emblematic pieces and spaces to life and movement.
"Equilibrio," produced by ELAMOR, features eight dancers from the National Dance Company (INAEM) performing a choreography by Mar Aguiló, where the intuitive and free reading of the space seeks harmony between the classical and the contemporary.
This audiovisual production, recorded at the Prado Museum last June, was directed by Irene Baqué and Manuel Rodríguez, with original music by composer Aire.
This creative proposal reminds us that culture never stops, and both dance and painting share a common denominator: movement.
